The Kelssek national water polo team represents Kelssek in international water polo competitions. The team is governed by the national sport federation Water Polo Kelssek. With seven Olympic titles, the men's team are the most successful in the history of the Olympic Games. The women's team has won the Olympic gold twice and are tied with Vekaiyu for the most Olympic championships won.

Most of Kelssek's players compete professionally in the Water Polo Premier League, Kelssek's highest level of professional club competition.
