The Liberal Party, led by Joshua Rademacher, emerged victorious over the Republican Party, although each party won the same number of seats, 55. The Liberals were joined by the National Labor Party in forming a coalition government, which was agreed upon in a pre-election agreement. All 209 seats in the Parliament of Darmen were up for election, with 105 seats needed to hold a majority.
